Wayne Lewis, President, with 18 years in the building industry, began his career as a framer in the Dallas Fort Worth area, at age 15. Hard work instilled in him a love of building dreams for people and has placed him in the position he holds. Other than the time he spent in the United States Marine Corps, it has been his passion to build the highest quality homes for families to enjoy for years to come. His vision and admiration for the homes he builds is reflected in the name of his company. It is named after his two children, his son Andrew and his daughter Merrick.

Johnny Shepperson, Operations Manager, has 10 years in the home building industry, backed by his bachelors degree in Industrial Technology and Construction Specialization. Attention to detail and innovative perspective have lead him to build amazing homes throughout Texas. Johnny provides hands on supervision throughout each project, working closely with clients to create homes that reflect their personal style.

Rich Brown, Operations Manager, has 10 years experience in building dreams for families across the Dallas Fort Worth area. His passion for our customers needs, is unmatched. Over the years he has developed close working relationships with some of the best local craftsmen and vendors. With years under his belt in the United States Marine Corps, his discipline and work ethic are only matched by his joy of offering a home to a family that completely meets their needs and exceeds their dreams and expectations.
